As I have posted about in the past, I am trying to lose weight and it is a difficult task. There is the temptation of sweets all around and since I don’t have proper running shoes yet, I can’t jog without causing myself pain and I really need to get an exercise bike. When I was in middle and high school, the weeks I stayed at my father’s house, my father would periodically deny me lunch money to teach me lessons about obeying him. He wouldn’t let me leave the house so I could not work and get money of my own, so I was shit out of luck. I learned that if I can drink as much water as I could out of the water fountains, I could stop my stomach from hurting. I could continue this my carrying the same water bottle and refilling it for when I was in class. So, I will drink as much water as I can when I get hungry now to avoid snacking. I think its a plan. I need more water anyway.
