Eagle Microhome

The Eagle Microhome: is a 350 sq. ft., two floors with a 50 sq. ft. deck on top. The main floor is 10′ x 20′, with a 5′x5′ bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) and two cabinets and small window, living area has french doors leading out to a deck, a living room area with bench seat, and a kitchen area with a bartable, bar stools, kitchen counter with sink, cabinets above and under counter bar fridge. It has built in storage behind the front door and has a narrow staircase with storage underneath leading to the upstairs bedroom, a 10′ x 15′ area with a corner chair and table and deep cabinets for storage.

It is tiny, yet there is quite a bit of storage space provided. It would be suitable for a Laneway home, a vacation cottage, a rental suite or a backyard office or studio.

It is made in Aldergrove B.C. by John Murchie of MurchTech Consulting Corp. He made his first tiny house 30 years ago in Vancouver – using composite steel technology that he has patented. The CST is modular and uses no wood in the main structure. it’s half the weight of wood and almost half the price. This model is $48,500 for just about everything (except the moveable furniture) and is made at the warehouse and shipped via flatbed truck to location.

A two-story, 350 square feet home built by MurchTech Consulting Corp and can be contacted at 604-306-7551.

Just thought that I would plug this book. If you have not read it then I HIGHLY recommend it. Especially if you want a good book to read during your time off for the holidays.

This is “The Sticks” written by Andy Deane, the lead singer of the Gothic/Industrial/Dark Wave band Bella Morte.

The plot concerns an average misfit of a guy who loses his girlfriend at a party and then finds out that she did not make it home. He comes to find out that his quiet Virginia town has become the hunting ground of a werewolf!

I don’t want to give too much away plot wise, but this book is awesome. The dialogue is very natural, the characters are believable to the point that you feel like you have met people like this before and it has some very tense and scary moments.

If you like horror stories, werewolf stories or just stories about ordinary people dealing with extraordinary situations I think you will like this. It is one of my all time favorite books!

More Facts.

Well, now I feel better about how creepy my yard looks after not mowing for a month.

The dolls on the “Isle of Dolls” were actually placed there by a single man, who hoped to pacify the drowned girl’s spirit by hanging the dolls from the trees in her honor.

He eventually drowned, in the very same canal that had taken the girl’s life.

Is nobody going to mention the thousands of spiders all having a bonfire?

Some of my treasures from Mad Monster Party 2013! I have autographs from Ogre of Skinny Puppy (for Hunter) Kane Hodder (for Yvonne), Howard Sherman, Mark Torgl, Gunnar Hansen, and Jeff Zornow! They were all super nice!

It was cool! I got see a bunch of famous people and R.A Mihailoff almost shoved me to the floor! He meant it as a joke but he pushed me harder than he meant to. I will write a more detailed journal of it later, but for now, check out my swag!
