You finally realize that you should invest in a cook book when you come to the conclusion that there has to be other ways of cooking chicken other than pot pies, white chili and shake ‘n’ bake.
My Latest Culinary Discovery
I usually use biscuit mix to make some hot, fresh bread to eat my chicken with. As luck would have it I am snowed in and i didn’t have enough biscuit mix. That was when inspiration struck. I padded it out with some pancake mix. It made the bread smell sweeter but it does not taste sweeter. So it all worked out. I mean, they are both flour based. Maybe next time I will try to make my bread with just pancake mix.
