Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross - the Nine Inch Nails members who also composed the scores for The Social Network, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and Gone Girl - have released their version of John Carpenter’s Halloween theme.

As you might expect from the duo, they put an atmospheric, industrial spin on the classic synthesizer music, yet it’s still very much recognizable. The song is available for purchase now from digital retailers via Sacred Bones Records.
