Back in the 1960’s there was plenty of uproar about long hair, boys dressing like girls and girls dressing like boys and not being able to tell the boys from the girls. I noticed society didn’t fall apart. You know how I can tell, because we’re still fucking here you morons. Just leave people the fuck alone. And if you can’t manage to restrain yourself, go fuck yourself.
There’s a song from the 1920s called “masculine women and feminine men” about this same panic. Get over it.
