On this day, 10 February 1913, suffragettes fighting for votes for women in the UK smashed windows at the Reform, Carlton, Junior Carlton, Oxford, and Cambridge Clubs, and also at the residence of Prince Christian. Cases containing exhibits at the Royal Scottish Museum were also broken.
