On October 3, on the anniversary of the 1993 Moscow uprising against the Yeltsin regime and the restoration of capitalism, the communists will hold a solemn meeting and lay flowers at the National Memorial of the deceased at the White House in Moscow. Gathering at 5:30 pm at the exit of the metro “Krasnopresnenskaya”.
