Hey that’s not going to work if congress forces the rail unions to accept a deal which doesn’t include parts addressing current lean staffing and over scheduling policies there will at the very least be a mass quiting of rail conductors then the entire rail industry will just collapse but that outcome isn’t tolerable to the unions either who knows whether they have rhe spine for it but they might just go rogue and strike anyways in defiance of such outrageous legal heavy handedness in favor of the interests of capital.
