Jose wrote,“Defense lawyer source: protesters arrested by NYPD are being pulled aside by FBI at precincts and asked about anti-fascist sentiments or connections to antifa….”

Rami replied with, “We’re not suspecting you of anything, but just to cross our t’s and dot our i’s, do you happen to be against fascism?”

His second tweet says “If it’s unclear what the ‘safe’ answer is when the police ask you whether you are against or in favor of fascism, you are living under fascism.”

I get the point of the last tweet, but the only safe answer is always “I am invoking my right to an attorney.” And then shut the fuck up and wait for your lawyer.
