I think its important to add that according to the FAMILY, specifically sister, of Raymond Chaluisian it wasn’t even a gel gun but a water gun. The police not only lying about the nature of the TOY GUN but also claiming air rifle laws extend to gel guns that are KNOWN TO BE BASICALLY HARMLESS is proof that the police in this country are really beyond saving.

Plus even if it was an air rifle, or an actual fucking gun, that shouldn’t mean you get fucking murdered in an extrajudicial killing in the street by a fucking cop who took offence to your godsdamned existence.

Allegedly committing a crime whether misdemeanour or felony shouldn’t fucking mean an instant death sentence cos a fucking cop felt like it. 

Fuck cops. Abolition is the only answer. 

It needs to be made abundantly clear that this man was off duty! He was not even on the job and he shot and killed a young boy for having a water gun. It should also be noted that this was not even a standard police officer, not if that would’ve made it OK, but this was a corrections officer. He works inside a tail. Why is he allowed to walk around armed and kill people with impunity?

And by the way, he was only arrested after people did a routine review of his body camera and found the footage. He did not report the shooting and showed up to work the next day like nothing ever happened.
