Indigenous people had stories about them. And Bear King goes back to the early 1900s. The rest barely merit a mention, honestly. A couple of them (hogzilla being one) only popped up a few years ago. I actually didn’t know that much about any of them, I just liked the artwork. Lol. But now I know!
