* Created in 196 BCE during the reign of king Ptolemy V Epiphanes.

* Discovered at Rosetta in 1799 by French troops

* The stele contains a degree that confirms a royal cult of Ptolemy V. It is written in Egyptian with hieroglyphs, in Egyptian with demonic script and in Greek with the Greek alphabet
