This is what always happens. Rich people rig the system so they can profit. Then poor people desperately do what they need to do in order to survive. Then poor people get blamed for any problems that result. Then the pattern is able to continue because it’s socially acceptable for rich people to do anything to profit while poor people are held to the highest ethical standards.
