Protesting a court is irrelevant, unless it is a lower court where the judge is elected. Of course you can always impeach and remove a justice, have at it.
  2. lnghrlvr said: @heatheniousmaterials except that SCOTUS aren’t accountable to popularity of anything. They are only supposed to decide if something is constitutional or not. What people want has nothing to do with the Supreme Court. That’s why if congress now codifies RvW with 100% support, SCOTUS will likely strike that down too. And they should because as liberals have long argued government should stay out of your body (vaccinations included)
