A spin-off miniseries about Walter, a hulking, non-verbal man named Walter. A villain from “The Mask” comic book series. Walter possesses superhuman strength, feels no pain and is the only person to actually cause harm to Bighead (aka The Mask). In this series, Walter campaigns for Mayor of Edge City.
