love that the article is like “it wasn’t because of Nazism! it caught on as an aesthetic shape in the late 19th century!… but yeah, the guy that helped establish the air fleet and painted the swastika on the planes was closely linked to Nazi high command… that’s uh… unrelated tho, probably.”
