  12. aronarchy said: @darkerfic there are different types of crimes. stealing bc you’re deprived is different from, for example, ruthlessly exploiting and stealing from the underclasses to accumulate capital. with forms of violence like abuse, rape, other attacks on the more vulnerable to acquire/exert power over them the issue is what is *allowing* for them to happen, which is power imbalances. stopping and preventing abuse requires resisting

  16. darkerfic said: @iris-sunflower Fix up mental hospitals so they aren’t abusive just like prisons and maybe there’d be a place to help them. Abolish the police also means replacing them with specific people in specific circumstances :/
