A deadly shooting at a Michigan high school that authorities have
said was carried out by a 15-year-old boy was “entirely preventable,”
according to a lawsuit seeking $100 million in damages filed on Thursday
against the school district and its officials on behalf of two sisters
who survived the rampage.
