I just finished reading everything and I am truly disgusted. Lynn Duke needs to. Be kicked in the pussy with a steel boot every fucking day because what she and every fucking body did to children is sadistic.
The article mentions that on average in the us, 5% of children in juvenile court are jailed. In Rutherford, that number is 48%. That number is horrifically large because the legal system conspires to regularly incarcerate and “rehabilitate” children as young as 8 or 9. These conspirators and accomplices include:
Officer Chrystal Templeton, who has been disciplined 37 times and suspended 9 times, saw the video and wanted to find a way to push charges against any of the kids by any means. She received a 3 day suspension and retired from the force in 2019, and now works for an MLM
Judicial Commissioners Amy Anderson and Sherry Hamlett who drafted the arrest warrants for “criminal responsibility for conduct of another” which isn’t even a crime that exists
Judge Donna Scott Davenport and Lynn Duke who conspired to create a mass youth incarceration center as part of their “rehabilitation” plan.
Officers Jeff Carroll and Albert Miles III, who carried out the arrest. Carroll told school administration not to call the girls’ parents, even though one of the girls was diabetic. Carroll handcuffed a sixth grader, and Miles followed suit, handcuffing an eight year old.
Notably, Officer Chris Williams instructed Principal Tammy Garrett not to get the kids, but Carroll forced her to comply.
Despite the efforts of individuals, when the whole system collaborates to incarcerate and neglect children, we get absolute nightmare scenarios like Rutherford, Tennessee
By law, children held for such minor acts as truancy were to appear before a judge within 24 hours and be released no more than a day after that. The newspaper interviewed Davenport, who estimated half those violations occurred because a kid had cursed her or someone else. For cursing, she said, she typically sentenced kids to two to 10 days in jail. “Was I in violation?” she said. “Heck, yes. But am I going to allow a child to cuss anyone out? Heck, no.”
Fucking monstrous, just… a completely unhinged idea of what constitutes morality or ethics
