The issue with abortion in America. It usually is about money. Not morality. Rich women can get planes to a blue state and get safe abortions. Poor women get prosecuted .

Rich people always have had access to abortions. They don’t even need to fly to a blue state. Back before Roe v. Wade abortion was illegal and wealthy people simply hired a private hospital with private staff all NDA’d up the wazoo and well compensated for the trouble.
