On this day, 13 June 1919, 200,000 people attended the funeral procession for martryed revolutionaries Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht, who were murdered during the German revolution by the proto-fascist Freikorps militia working on the orders of the Social Democratic Party of Germany.
