Cooking experiment success! I found some Chinese Kam Yen Jam Lap-Xuong sausage at Costco, and looked up how to make it. The quickest (easiest!) way is to steam it with rice in the rice cooker, so the rice absorbs all the juice & fat from the sausage. I steamed the sausages whole, then sliced them up after everything was cooked. So delicious!
