They “think” the poor performance of the gutted institutions which inevitably results gives them the right to say, “See? We always told you these things were no good! What they all need is privatization!” They then sell them off to their fellow capitalist thugs, who run them into the ground. When a more liberal gov’t comes into power, they’re the ones stuck with having to fix it all.
