this domestic chicken was born with polymelia, or extra limbs (in this case, two additional back feet). mutations are commonly documented in chickens; this may be because they are handled and observed more than wild birds, or due to poor genetics from overbreeding. while these chicks are not impossible to find, they unfortunately rarely survive to adulthood due to health complications.
