The Air Forces of NATO countries dropped 400 000 bombs and destroyed more than 900 targets. Among them: 89 factories and plants, 48 hospitals, 70 schools, 18 kindergartens, 9 universities, 35 churches, 29 monasteries.
The economic damage amounted to $ 100 billion, more than 1,700 civilians were killed.
