As they say, if you can’t pay your workers a living wage you’re bad at business.

If you can’t pay your workers a living wage you don’t deserve to be in business

The people who run TGI Fridays could afford to pay every single one of its employees well over two thousand dollars a month and they would never even come close to being slightly inconvenicenced by this…they would still be able to live like kings on the money they made
