Zip-Tie Guy in Senate Gallery (Eric Munchel) Arrested by FBI

Terrorist Eric Munchel was identified via a Tennessee thin blue line patch on his chest, a cap from Black Rifle Coffee Company in Tennessee and the taser on his hip. A video showed him complaining the police confiscated his taser.
