It really is wild how cult-like Trump supporters are. They were fine with Mike Pence as long as Trump didn't have problems with him and would defend his record and everything, but the second he does anything Trump would dislike he's suddenly evil and deserving of death. Trump supporters don't even care about politics at this point, like the politics of the Republicans. They care about Trump as a person. Any Republican that goes against Trump is as evil as a Democrat in their eyes.

I know the word "cult" is misused all the time, especially in politics, but Trump genuinely has created a cult of personality. There is a lot of misinformation on what a cult of personality is, so I want to clarify one thing for any idiots who may jump on this post: The media and government do not have to fully back a person for said person to form a cult of personality. In fact, any outrage in these institutions often makes the person considered a martyr to their supporters.
