The Democratic Party could easily win both Georgia Senate seats if leadership came out and very bluntly said “We want to send you a $2,000 check within a week of taking the Senate, and they don’t; you get to pick.” They know they could do this, and they do not do it
because they don't want to send out a check just as much as republicans don't
