Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the Piaggio Apé.

Beginning in 1948, the Apé is still in production today, and comes in multiple variants, though no matter which variant it is, all of them are just plain cute as a button.  Unfortunately, very few Apés ever make their way to the U.S., so you would be unlikely to ever see one anywhere except in Europe (particularly in Italy).
