An early story of horror movie slashers meeting up and fighting occurred in the 1995 Topps Comics series “Jason Vs. Leatherface” which featured Jason being brought to Texas and living with the Sawyer family from “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre”. The covers were by Simon Bisley best known for his work on DC’s Lobo series.
