From the Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla (Godzilla vs. MG2 1991) manga adaptation! Part 1 of some differences:
-Garuda is what G-Force uses to get to Ando Island where the egg is found. Godzilla fights Rodan, and then Garuda. Godzilla winds up grabbing onto Godzilla and being dragged out to sea.
-MechaGodzilla fights Godzilla underwater! Note how MG is controlled. MG in this comic is waaaay more flexible. Lots of crazy arms and secret techniques.
-Rodan saves the egg, and it’s clear that Rodan wants to save it (the movie is more ambigious. Godzilla gets his eyes blown out, leading to a weird struggle where Godzilla is trying to get to Rodan and the Egg, and MG is just punishing Godzilla.
