Am I the only one who looked at the headline and then the picture and was just like “Wait is the dog the baby boomer dad, appalled at his sons poor DIY skills here?”

*Years earlier*

• Does not teach their kids the skills the kids are asking to learn
• Yells at their kids for asking “stupid questions” like how to do the thing they asked them to do
• Yells at their kids for guessing how to do the thing and getting it wrong
• Teaches their kids to see housework as a menial task and a punishment

For reals this was a thing my parents liked to do…throw the fact I wasn’t sure how to do some household things in my face to make me feel like I wasn’t good or capable despite the fact that when I’d ask them to show me how to do these things they’d be like “We don’t have time for that”
