When these things started up I said I wasn’t going to share sad, upsetting news about killer cops but I feel like the news has actually reached the point where people are holding their own and taking such a powerful stand that almost all information about it has become inspiring and happy. I live not far from this, in another city where people have brutal cops running scared and quitting en masse. It’s awesome and good and it transcends everything that was previously “dividing” the country.

Even half of conservatives admit in polls that they agree with the protests, and much more than half of everyone else. This is genuinely MOST of America agreeing that enough is enough and this is the most progress to ever come of a protest in forty or fifty years.
