Black activists on Twitter have been sending this link around today. It’s a long document with anti-racism resources geared toward white people who want to effectively help their Black neighbors in the fight against white supremacy.

Why is black capitalized?
Hey @a-really-big-cat the ‘B’ in Black is capitalized to denote that Black is both a race and a multifaceted culture; in academia we capitalize Asian, European, Middle Eastern, etc. for this same reason. This is extending that same acknowledgment and respect to Black people and our culture. I hope this helps!
