Garbáge. Parker and Stone barely qualify as satire because they ultimately reinforce half the shit they’re allegedly “satirizing” and it usually just parrots extant majority opinions dressed up as “satire” because they joke about poop and say the fuckword. The cartoon equivalent of a washed-up standup comedian headlining the county fair.
The only thing Parker and Stone ever did that even approached being “good” was Cannibal: The Musical and even that was mostly just weird and dumb.
