The inauguration of the first Pyramid built in ancient Egypt, and the oldest large stone construction in the world, the Pyramid of Djoser, in Saqqara archeological site. The Pyramid of Djoser, also known as the step pyramid, was built by the genius architect Imhotep and it’s restoration project took 14 years to complete, at a cost exceeding 100 million pounds.
