people buying stamps to save the Post Office is like when everyone got really conscious about straws for a little while to save the environment 

every drop in the bucket helps but our elected officials need to step in

an incredible amount of businesses and services rely on USPS, including the government, I’m almost speechless at the lack of support

(don’t get me wrong, I think it’s fantastic that people are trying to support them as they can, it looks like they’re getting so many orders they have a disclaimer up that the volume is increasing order time. but maybe use a stamp to mail your representatives too.)

Did you know that they have some really cute items in their gift shop?

Cute tote bags and also just some kinda different and unusual stuff. If you think about it, they have a bunch of artists who meticulously design all the art that goes into all these different types of stamps.
