ABSOLUTELY WHAT IS YOUR POINT????

The costs of basic needs is price gauged like you wouldn’t even know. So how do you buy things you need or want in prison? Well maybe you have family and friends that can help keep your commissary full. But that’s difficult enough, even more difficult if that person in prison was their primary income provider. And let’s not forget the countless number of inmates who have NOBODY, especially as we drive the homeless population into prison via laws that attack the unhoused. 

Okay now you’re in prison and given the “option” to work. Sure it’s going to take a whole week to earn whatever it is they want to buy, but hey they CHOSE to do it, right?
