Starting seeds, and have ordered a steel garden shed we’re going to put together if weather is nice! Part of the shed is going to be set up for chickens, so that I can supply myself with eggs and composted manure for the garden, and also donate extra eggs to the local food banks!

If the weather is nice enough, will get a start on cleaning up the garden for spring, and check on the bees to see how they’re doing. They’ve been out in the nicer weather doing cleansing flights and drinking from the bee feeder, so I know they came through the winter okay.

 Oh. And, of course, chickens mean that I can set up a japanese beetle trap to funnel beetles that would normally eat my grapes and raspberries directly into hungry chicken faces.

Definitely gonna need the plans for that beetle trap.
