Because they are fascists. Not only do they not care but they believe that people with disabilities should not be allowed to exist.
I work in an office filled with the bastards that love him. They don’t just love him, they worship him as god. When god mocks the disabled, it becomes OK. When got commits rape, it becomes OK. When god asks foreign countries to manipulate our electoral process, it becomes OK.
