The Evil of Frankenstein will be released on Collector’s Edition Blu-ray on May 15 via Scream Factory. Mark Maddox designed the new cover art; the original poster will be on the reverse side.
The 1964 British Horror film is the third entry in Hammer Films’ Frankenstein series. Freddie Francis (Tales from the Crypt) directs from a script by Anthony Hinds (Dracula Has Risen from the Grave). Peter Cushing stars with Peter Woodthorpe, Duncan Lamont, and Sandor Elès.
Special features will be announced in March, but Scream Factory confirms that a new transfer of the film is in the works.
