Elvira: Mistress of the Dark will be released on Blu-ray on April 28 via Arrow Video. This edition was issued in the UK last year but will now be available in the US and Canada. Sara Deck designed the cover art; the original poster is on the reverse side.
Cassandra Peterson stars in the 1988 horror-comedy as her horror hostess alter ego, Elvira, and co-wrote the script with Sam Egan (The Outer Limits) and John Paragon (Pee-wee’s Playhouse).
James Signorelli (Saturday Night Live) directs. W. Morgan Sheppard, Daniel Greene, Jeff Conaway, Susan Kellermann, and Edie McClurg round out the cast.
Elvira: Mistress of the Dark has been restored in 4K from the original film elements with the original uncompressed stereo 2.0 audio. Special features are listed below.
