Bad role modeling by fathers or father figures in life or as cultural representations in movies or other mass media perpetuate toxic personality traits which then get passed down to subsequent generations. There’s quite a preponderance of evidence suggesting that toxic masculinity is one of the more profound ills affecting modern society. It’s so widely recognizable in every econ class.
