I don’t think Marvel adds outside characters to Earth-616 anymore, but with all the kaiju they’ve got, that’s probably the most interesting place they could go with this.
The Alex Ross painting in this article is an old one – Tsuburaya commissioned it in 2005 for an Ultraman DVD box set.
