the canopic box of Pady-Imenet, Priest of Montu; XXII Dynasty, now in the Luxor Museum

On the lid of the canopic box, two images of Anubis in His form of jackal crouching upon a shrine.

The lids of the canopic jars represent the Four Sons of Horus: the baboon-headed Hapi, the human-headed Imsety, the falcon-headed Qebehsenuef, and the jackal-headed Duamutef.
