Seattle division ATF agent’s Nazi tattoo and alleged racist acts could compromise criminal cases, lawyers say

The head of Seattle's federal public defenders says an ATF agent's tattoo is "evidence that a federal law enforcement agent who has worked criminal cases has a bias against certain minority groups."
