One of the Amarna letters. A series of 382 tablets archiving various correspondences between the Egyptian Pharaohs and rulers of surrounding nations. Most are written in Akkadian cuneiform, a common Lingua franca of the time period. Egypt (Akhetaten), 18th dynasty. 1350 to 1330 BC. [2028x3552]
