Pelosi Considering Launching Formal Impeachment Inquiry Against President Trump

Rep. John Lewis, D-Ga., says "now is the time" to begin impeachment proceedings. Pressure is mounting after reports that President Trump urged Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden.
