Prior to his death in 2017, filmmaker George A. Romero (Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead) was writing a book titled The Living Dead. After he passed, Romero’s estate collaborated collaborated with author Daniel Kraus (The Shape of Water) to complete it.

The all-new, 656-page zombie novel will be published on June 9, 2020 via Tor Books. It’s available for pre-order for $29.99 in hardcover and $14.99 in e-book on Amazon.
